A metal roof isn't just a longer-lasting option — it's a different installation discipline entirely, and our Metal Roofing crews are trained specifically for it.
Our Metal Roofing crews are trained specifically on standing seam and panel systems, not just asphalt with a different material swapped in.
A Metal Roofing installer who understands panel expansion and contraction prevents most of the callback issues we see from other companies' work.
Metal Metal Roofing credentials are verified separately from general roofing licensing.
We stage panel materials ahead of the scheduled Porter install date.
Panel and fastener costs are itemized separately in every Metal Roofing estimate.
Seaming machines and panel brakes come standard on every Metal Roofing crew truck.
Metal roofing covers more than one panel style — here's what falls under our Metal Roofing service.
Standing seam panels use hidden fasteners and raised seams for a clean look and superior wind resistance.
We use proper washered fasteners and spacing to prevent the leaks common with rushed panel jobs.
We diagnose whether a metal roof issue needs a spot repair or a larger panel section replacement.
We assess whether your existing decking and structure support the switch before quoting a metal conversion.
Protective coatings extend the life of an existing metal roof and address early rust spots before they spread.
We fabricate custom trim pieces on-site to match your Porter roof's exact angles and dimensions.
Metal Metal Roofing projects take more upfront planning than asphalt work, and we walk through that timeline clearly.
A Metal Roofing crew lead inspects your roof in person and measures for panel fabrication.
Finish and color samples are available to review during the Metal Roofing consultation.
A completed Metal Roofing includes warranty documentation for both material and workmanship.
Converted from asphalt to standing seam and the difference in noise and heat is noticeable already.
